Plant Farewell

I gave away all my plants today (well almost - I kept one that I couldn't part with!). Now my verandah is as bare as my bedroom.

Bye plants ... I'm gonna miss you (and sorry to the ones over the years who did't make it this far).



I also sold my fridge today, which can only mean one thing, no more cold beer :-(. Damnation.

Still no word back from the Russian Embassy. Hopefully tomorrow, though Tuesday is more likely. Any later than that and it is really going to start screwing us over. I'm hoping it's a good sign. Surely if they were going to reject it we would have heard something already. Who knows. Aaaaargh. Next holiday is gonna be a 5* Maldives option !
